Prices

All prices include GST. The price shown when you book is the price you pay for the work described.

Arrival windows

We book an arrival window, not an exact time. We'll text you the day before and when we're on our way.

Changes and cancellations

You can change or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your arrival window.

Access

Please make sure we can get to the work area safely (gates unlocked, pets secured). If we can't access the property, we'll contact you to arrange another time.

Plans

Regular plans have no lock-in. Pause or cancel any time; we'll remind you before any price change.

Your rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
