This policy explains how Didit For Me collects, uses and protects your personal information.

What we collect

• Your name, email, phone number and service address.
• Details about the job (for example, your pool or lawn), access notes and photos taken on the job.
• Payment details are handled by our payment providers (Stripe, Square); we don't store card numbers.

How we use it

To provide and confirm your services, send booking and service messages, invoice you, and improve what we do. We'll only send marketing if you've opted in, and every marketing message includes an easy way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

Service providers that help us run the business, including hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase — data stored in Sydney), email (Resend), SMS (Mobile Message), payments (Stripe, Square), maps (Google) and AI-assisted report writing (Anthropic). Some of these providers process information outside Australia, including in the United States. We never sell your information.
